The Blueprint for My Vision: below you can dive into the initial music videos that ignited my creative journey.
These videos are the creative foundation of my work, serving as essential reference points for the aesthetic and technical evolution of my current music video production and all my artistic video vision ( see the .)
PLAY ME
A short film I wrote and directed, about 'lost and unfound', hypothetical, inexplicable, invisible, possible or impossible loves.
The city-journey is the theme, while the music is the thread joining dream with reality.
Shot in Nothing Hill and St. Pancras London train station, with Samuele Rossini and Sabrina Taylor.
Piano live recording by Fred Portelli. Thanks to Nicola Cavalazzi, Olli Collins, 11 Little Films , and Julian Hinton
THINGS THAT HAVE TO DO WITH LIGHT
Second official video for the new release "CHAPTER III (Omnitude)" by Parlour Cafe.
"This song is our tribute to the beautiful art of the Uruguayan poet Mario Benedetti, featuring his voice".
The video has been shot in various locations of southern Italy.
“Te Quiero” by PARLOUR CAFE
"This song is our tribute to the beautiful poetry of Mario Benedetti." ----- The video has been shot in various locations of southern Italy (Rimini to Lecce, San Vito Lo Capo, Palermo to Catania, Erice, Ortigia and Favignana island) and edited in London by Fred Portelli.
PARLOUR CAFE “Sambu de Estrela”
The first video I directed for my music project "Parlour Cafe".
Early 2011 production, all shot by the protagonist with an iPhone 3GS via 8mm App.
London acoustic duo creating unique nostalgic athmospheres, classy "music for unwritten movies". The washed-out atmosphere of the images describes the memory of a relationship, where two subjects never meet and never touch, exactly like in dreams, where the slow pace of the music and the solitary ride on a desert beach melt together to create a scene that we all saw at least once in our life.
